EA: Need for Speed shown off, set for November release

EA has given some details about its new Need for Speed title at its E3 media briefing.

The firm describes the title as the ‘definitive Need for Speed’, including the customisation options of the Underground series, alongside the world of Carbon.

Need for Speed is set in Venture Bay – a setting twice the size of Rivals’ world – and features five overlapping narrative. Fans can choose from five play styles – Speed, Style, Crew, Build and Outlaw.

Inspired ‘customisation of Underground, the world of Carbon.

All of this and the title is set for a November 3rd release date. That’s a Tuesday, so could well be the American release. In which case, expect the title to come to stores on November 5th in the UK.
