Ubisoft has created a Far Cry 3 map and texture map for Minecraft on PC.
The pack modifies all aspects of the game, including environments, weapons and tools. The set also includes locations and characters from the series, including Vaas, Jason and Citra.
It’s a smart piece of promotion for the upcoming first person shooter, which arrives on November 30th for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Minecraft is one of the most popular games in the world right now. It’s also available on Xbox 360 and has been No.1 in the Xbox Live charts for months, shifting over 4m games.
The Far Cry 3 Map is created by Michael Lambert, and artists Axel Janssen and Yohann Delcourt. It will be released for free.
