Far Cry The Wild Expedition compilation releases next month in the UK

A new Far Cry compilation has been announced by Ubisoft for release in the UK on Valentines Day.

It’s called Far Cry: The Wild Expedition and contains Far Cry Classic, Far Cry 2, Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. It will be released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on February 14th in the UK and will cost 29.99.

Far Cry Classic, which is described as the ultimate console version of the very first Far Cry game” and will also be released on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network as a standalone game for the first time at a cost of 7.99.

It promises a HD visual overhaul (not that the PC original was a graphical slouch by any stretch) complete with stunningly realistic foliage and real-time day and night cycles”.
