Free Far Cry 3 DLC ‘High Tides’ heading to PSN

PS3-exclusive Far Cry 3 DLC is landing on the Playstation Network this week, and it won’t cost a dime.

Joystiq reports the co-op focused ‘High Tides’ add-on will arrive on Playstation 3’s online network this Tuesday, January 15th.

The content offers two chapters, Redemption and Jailbreak, that revolve around the epilogue of the game’s co-op campaign.

Content developer Massive Entertainment says the DLC will feature the "final moments" of the co-op campaign’s quartet and their adventure on the island, with tougher fights…bigger competitions…and "explosive moments unlike anything you’ve seen before.”
