Hasbro affirms gaming aspirations

Hasbro has announced that it has more than a dozen games in development and scheduled to launch worldwide in the second half of this year through its deals with Electronic Arts and Activision.

The latest wave of titles from EA will further expand its portfolio of Hasbro-inspired digital games that span over 20 Hasbro brands and 19 major digital platforms.

In addition, Activision is gearing up to unveil the next instalments in its Transformers video game franchise this summer.

Mark Blecher, SVP and general manager of digital media and gaming at Hasbro commented: The lineup of Hasbro-branded digital games underway for release in the coming months will raise the bar in terms of creativity, immersion and innovation."
