Impulse digital store secures Activision and Ubisoft

The Impulse digital distribution service has made significant additions to its catalogue, by signing up publishers Ubisoft and Activision.

The PC download service, which was set up by Sins of a Solar Empire publisher Stardock, has now added Activision titles Prototype and Call of Duty 4 to its catalogue, while Ubisoft will shortly join Impulse with Far Cry 2, Assassin’s Creed and Heroes of Might and Magic V.

2K, Atari, Capcom, D3P, THQ and Stardock have already signed up to the Impulse service. Additional Ubisoft titles are scheduled for release throughout the summer.
