LucasArts hires new president

LucasArts has announced that Paul Meegan will be the company’s new president and general manager.

The news follows the shock departure of previous president Darrell Rodriguez, who announced that he would be standing down last month.

Meegan leaves his most recent position as CEO of Epic Games China. He has previously held senior positions at Ubisoft Montreal, Ubisoft Shanghai and Jaleco Entertainment, and was the founder of Sinister Games.

He takes up his new role this month, according to IGN.
