LulzSec promises further Sony hacks

Sony’s troubles with online security are from over, if a new claim by hackers is to be believed.

LulzSec, the group behind some recent profile web hacks, has just posted the following on Twitter:

"Just hit 50,000 followers. Thank you, twitter! In celebration, Sony hack 16 & 17 coming up soon! #Sownage #Celebration"

Last week LulzSec claimed to have obtained the details of 1m users of the Sony Pictures website. It was also behind an attack on Nintendo over the weekend.

With PSN up and running for over a week and the PlayStation Store returning to stability following its reintroduction last Thursday, any further outages for the company could prove a devastating PR blow.
