Medal of Honor pre-orders break series record

EA has announced that the new Medal of Honor has broken the series’ record for pre-orders.

The game is due on shelves on October 15th and has already achieved a higher number of pre-sell units than any previous MOH title before it.

To further build anticipation behind this release, the publisher also announced that PC gamers will be able to download the client for the multiplayer open beta tomorrow.

The beta will run from October 4th to October 7th and features two maps set in Afghanistan, where the single-player campaign takes place.

Developed by EA’s new Danger Close studio and Battlefield creators DICE, Medal of Honor is a reboot of the long-running FPS franchise.
