Metro Redux hits PC, PS4 and Xbox One in August

Metro Redux will launch in late August in both North America and Europe, publisher Deep Silver has announced.

The remastered edition of the first two games in 4A’s budding Metro franchise releases on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One August 26thin North America and August 29th in Europe.

Metro Redux offers upgraded versions of Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. The new definitive editions of the titles were developed in-house by 4A, with the aim – according to Deep Silver – to deliver updated versions that truly live up to the remastered label.

SteamOS, Linux and Mac versions of the Redux are also in development and expected to release at some point following the initial launch later this summer.
