Microsoft books press event at LA’s Galen Center ahead of E3

Microsoft has again booked the Galen Center in Los Angeles for an apparent pre-E3 press event.

Neowin reports the firm has made its annual booking this year for June 10th, the day before E3 gets underway.

The event will take place just weeks after Microsoft’s previously announced May 21st showing of the next Xbox. At the time, Major Nelson stated that some of the new console’s initial line-up would be on display during LA’s industry event.

Microsoft has yet to officially announce anything regarding its presence at E3 2013, beyond Nelson’s comments. The expo takes place June 11-13 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
