More PlayStation Phone pics emerge

With an announcement now surely not far off, fresh shots of Sony Ericsson’s PlayStation Phone have hit the internet.

The most interesting thing about the new pics, which come courtesy of Engadget, is that for the first time they show PlayStation branding on the handset (the Square, Triangle, Cross and Circle logo in the lower left).

Also note the slight refinement to the twin touch-sensitive directional pads in the middle of the device.

Engadget speculates that the device could officially be known as the Xperia Play or Zeus Z1 and that it will run the Android 2.3 OS.
