Game Expo Scotland to feature developer sessions, competitions and exhibitions by indie and triple-A studios

New games expo hits Scotland in October 2014

A new two-day consumer games exhibition is set to launch in Scotland during October next year.

Based in Edinburgh at the International Conference Centre, Games Expo Scotland 2014 will house triple-A and indie games alike. The event will also feature developer sessions, competitions and retro games.

Games Expo Scotland will take place between October 4th and 5th next year. The event will be organised by Magdala Media.

“Having worked on the highly successful Scottish Bike Show and seen that grow over the last three years, it’s important to me to take those same values of transparency across to Games Expo Scotland 2014,” said Magdala Media founder Rowan Mackie.

“As Scotland has such a rich and diverse video games industry, alongside a passionate gaming community, their feedback and continued input is what will make Games Expo Scotland 2014 stand out from other UK games events and become the premier Scottish expo for all things video games.”
