New Sims titles unveiled

Electronic Arts has unveiled its line up of Sim titles for the coming financial year, according to Shacknews.

Citing the success of last years MySims, with over 3 million units sold, EA has confirmed two new titles in the franchise. The first of which, MySims Kingdom, is due this fall for Nintendo DS and Wii, whereas MySims Party will be released in the first quarter of 2009. This is in addition to the PC version of MySims, which is also due in the fall.

Other new Sim titles include SimCity Creator, which hasn’t a concrete release schedule, and SimAnimals, which is due for release by the end of 2009.

EA also plans to develop the next generation game for The Sims over the next three years.
