Sam Raimi directing WoW movie

The long-rumoured World of Warcraft movie is real – and furthermore, developer Blizzard and co-producers Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros have hired the services of Evil Dead and Spider-Man director Sam Raimi.



Charles Roven, the producer behind cinema blockbuster The Dark Knight and sci-fi classic Twelve Monkeys, will also be joining the film’s production team, which also includes Legendary CEO Thomas Tull
