Sean Bean narrated Train Simulator 2014 trailer is very cool

Simulator games are pretty fashionable at the moment, and the new trailer for Train Simulator 2014 intends to make the most of the current popularity.

It features an evocative voiceover by Sean Bean, a taster of which can be read below:

We have a place where time is our own. Where steam, diesel and electric are king.
From the high speed mainline to the backwater branch, this is where you rule.
Where all trains are equal, freight, passenger, heritage, modern, local, express.
Where drivers meet creators and collectors to share their passion.
A place for people that love anything and everything about trains.
A festival of deafening noise, heat, pistons, smoke, steam, ground shuddering power and thrilling high speeds.
We don’t take you for granted.
We are many.
We are rail fans.”

Deep Silver’s Farming Simulator made its console debut last month and delighted all by entering the UK listings in a remarkable tenth place.

Train Simulator is currently available on Steam, although check out those DLC prices – cheap the game is not.

MCV recently investigated the simulation game scene – here’s what we found.
