Sega launch SEGA Forever mobile games service

Sega has unveiled SEGA Forever, a new service for mobile that allows you to play classic games from Sega’s vast back catalogue for free.

The service will release classic games once every two weeks, with the initial line-up of Mega Drive/Genesis games available now including Sonic The Hedgehog, Comix Zone, Kid Chameleon, Phantasy Star II and Altered Beast.

However, the service will be release games from all of the SEGA console range from the SG-1000, Master System, Saturn and Dreamcast consoles. All of the games will be free to play with advertising or available to purchase for $1.99 (UK price yet to be announced) per game.

You can also save you games using cloud saving which means you can start and stop your game at any time.
