SingStar Take That announced

Time to dig out that garish ‘I LUV MARK’ placard from 1994: Sony has announced that a standalone Take That SingStar will be arriving on PS2 and PS3 at the end of this year.

The title will feature a collection of tracks from both ‘new’ (M&S suits; beardy; toned Barlow) and ‘classic’ (camp; baby-oiled; rotund Barlow) eras, including Shine, Back For Good, Never Forget and Could It Be Magic.

For those with a PS3 there will be a ‘taster’ Take That SongPack to download from SingStore this sumer.

SingStar will also sponsor the vocal harmony group’s UK stadium tour, where they will give the 1.2 million attendees the chance to sample the game.

Sony is encouraging interested parties to visit SingStargame.com.
