Sniper Elite 3 in development for current-gen and next-gen consoles

505 Games has announced Sniper Elite 3.

The game is in development for both current and next-gen platforms although is not scheduled for a release until 2014.

A PC or Wii U release has not been confirmed, although both are likely – particularly as Sniper Elite V2 is heading to Wii U later this year.

Speaking of which, Sniper Elite V2 has done pretty well for itself, shifting 1.1m copies since its release last year.
