SONY: Gran Turismo 5 confirmed for 3D

Chairman and group CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment Kazuo ‘Kaz’ Hirai has confirmed at Sony’s E3 press conference that the Gran Turismo 5 3D speculation is true.

Polyphony Digital are developing the long-awaited game, which was named by Hirai in a list of high profile titles supporting Sony’s company wide 3D drive.

Refering to Sony’s TV, console, game develoment and Blu-Ray standard efforts, Hirai also claimed sony is "the only company that provides and end-to-end solution for the 3D experience".
