SONY: Move dated, priced

Sony has confirmed that the PlayStation move controller will be launched in Europe on September 19th – the first territory in the world to welcome the device.

It will arrive in the US shortly after on September 19th. Its Japanese launch will be on October 21st.

We don’t know the UK or European prices yet, but the US prices are very appealing. The stand-alone Move controller will cost just $49.99. The additional Navigation Controller will cost just $29.99.

In addition, two bundles will be made available. The first, containing the PlayStation Eye, Move controller and a copy of Sports Champions will retail for $99.99. An all inclusive bundle including the PS3 console will retail for $399.99.

15-20 launch titles are promised on day one.

The PS3 Move bundle (including Move, PlayStation Eye and starter disc) costs €59.99. Move on its own will cost €39.99 and the Navigation Controller will cost €29.99. The PlayStation Eye is also available for €29.99.
