South Park: Stick of Truth censored in Europe

Scenes involving abortion and anal probes have been cut from the European version of South Park: The Stick of Truth.

That’s according to BT.com which reports that the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) has had seven 20-second scenes removed – a decision made by publisher Ubisoft.

These consist of five scenes in which characters are anally-probed, a mini-game where a doctor performs an abortion on the player and a mini-game in which players themselves perform an abortion.

South Park: The Stick of Truth – is rated 18 in the UK – will be released on March 7th.
