State of Decay scores third XBLA UK No.1

For the third week in a row, State of Decay is the best selling Xbox Live Arcade game in the UK.

The game has managed to sustain its success and keep Minecraft from its No.1 position for longer than any other game has managed for over a year.

Outside of the Top Two it is a Sega fest, with five Sonic games in the charts. The reason? Sega cut the price of all of its games last week. As Steam has proven over the last five years, a big sale really can make all the difference.

The full UK Top Ten for the Xbox Live Arcade. (Week ending June 23rd):

1. State of Decay – Microsoft
2. Minecraft – Microsoft
3. Sonic The Hedgehog – Sega
4. Sonic Adventure 2 – Sega
5. Sonic Adventure – Sega
6. Sonic The Hedgehog 2 – Sega
7. The Cave – Sega
8. Sonic The Hedgehog 3 – Sega
9. Guardian Heroes – Sega
10. Sega Bass Fishing – Sega
