Tesco opening 750 stores at midnight for FIFA 14 launch

Supermarket behemoth Tesco has detailed its promotional plans for the launch of FIFA 14.

The blockbuster football title launches on Friday, and the supermarket will be selling the game from midnight from 750 of its shops.

What’s more, Tottenham Hotspur captain Michael Dawson will be visiting Tesco’s Cheshunt store the day before (between 6pm and 8pm on Thursday) to help promote the game.

Retailers are already gearing up for its next major launch, barely a week after the arrival of Grand Theft Auto V.
