Top 100 Women in Games: Anne Lepissier

Lepissier is a sales veteran having spent 17-years at various consumer electronics giants including LG, Canon and now Microsoft.

She is a graduate of the International Business School of Paris, the Manhattan Institute of Management in New York and the International Management University of Asia, Tokyo, and has worked in various European countries.

She joined Microsoft in March 2013 to lead the UK sales team and develop the sales strategy for computing and gaming, and her main mission is games is to establish Xbox as the No.1 gaming ecosystem in the UK by working with retail to transition to a digital world.

This year, I have been extremely proud of the team for delivering outstanding results with their retail partners, and making significant progress in growing our Xbox One installed base this year,” she tells MCV.

Overall, Xbox has been the best-selling platform for UK consumers in November and December with Xbox 360 and Xbox One sales combined.”
