Ubisoft San Francisco is developing a sequel to last year’s South Park The Stick of Truth on the way for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
Called The Fractured but Whole, the title sees the cast from the Mid West American town taking on a super-hero vibe. Players still take on the role of the New Kid, appearing alongside the likes of Cartman’s masked alter-ego The Coon.
South Park: The Fractured but Whole is set for a 2016 release.

The Danish publicly traded computer game company Trophy Games is acquiring the French game developer Playrion from Paradox Interactive. This is the largest acquisition in Trophy Games' history and will form the foundation for a new series of simulation games. At the same time, the company is raising its revenue expectations for the year to €22.8-€24.1 million . With the acquisition of French Playrion, Trophy Games gains 30 new employees and a new foundation for future growth.
