Uncharted 2 gets UK date

The wait for a UK release date for Sony’s PS3 exclusive action outing Uncharted 2: Amongst Thieves is finally over – Sony has confirmed to Eurogamer that the game will be released on October 16th.

Talk amongst those in the know in the UK industry is pegging Uncharted 2 as one of the very best games available on modern consoles. Expect huge review scores ahead of its release.

It was also tipped as the pick of the bunch at this year’s E3, winning to coveted ‘Best of Show’ award.

Uncharted 2 is also one of the titles thought to be lined up for inclusion in the long-rumoured PS3 250GB SKUs that are claimed to be on the way this Christmas.
