Sony has announced that Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception sold 3.8m copies worldwide on its first day of release.
The game hit UK retail on November 2nd and entered the charts at No.2 in its first week.
This puts the title on track to be the biggest release in the series to date.
Uncharted 3 has been a hit on Metacritic, too, gaining a score average of 92 per cent.

Following an initial run of sold-out concerts across France and Europe (Seine Musicale, Eventim Apollo…), met with an enthusiastic response from audiences, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 “A Painted Symphony” is entering an exciting new chapter. Led by composer Lorien Testard, vocalist Alice Duport-Percier and Orchestre Curieux, the official concert dedicated to the game’s original soundtrack will tour France, Europe and the United States in 2027.
