US PS Store October promo offers $15 credit for those who purchase $100

Sony has launched a special promotion for PlayStation Store customers in North America, crediting $15 to individuals who spend $100 or more during the month of October.

The promotion – detailed on the US PlayStation blog – requires PlayStation owners to use their SEN Wallet for purchases to qualify towards the $100 total, and extends to pre-order offers as well as currently released content.

The $15 credit will be sent in a redemption code to qualifying participants by November 7th, and must be used before December 6th. The offer is restricted to PlayStation Store customers in US, Canada and Mexico.

PlayStation Europe isn’t involved with the promotion, but instead is running a ‘Games under 8′ special for a long list of PS3 and Vita titles through October 15th.
