Razer signs on for MCV Awards 2014

Gaming accessories specialist Razer is the latest big name to pledge its support for this year’s MCV Awards.

Razer has signed up as sponsor of the Games Publisher of the Year award. Those in the running for the prize include Activision Blizzard, EA, Nintendo, Sega, Sony, Take-Two, Ubisoft and Warner Bros.

"We are really excited to be a part of the MCV 2014 Awards as a sponsor," said Razer CEO, co-founder and creative director Min-Liang Tan.

"This year is already stacking up to be an incredible time for gaming in general and certainly for Razer. The event will be a great venue to highlight the very best in electronic software entertainment and I am excited to see who among the incredible innovators will be honoured.”

Razer joins the long list of supporters for this year’s event, which already features Xbite, EA, OnLive and Simply Games.

The MCV Awards 2014 take place on April 10th at the Lancaster London Hotel. Hosting the evening will be Channel 4 presenter Adam Hills.
