Report: Special edition white Xbox One to be offered exclusively to Microsoft staff

Microsoft is reportedly readying a special edition white Xbox One free to, and exclusively for, employees of the hardware maker.

Described as a unique” gift for its team, the limited edition version of the console will be distributed to staff members in November alongside the launch of the Xbox One. The disc drive specifically has the phrase I MADE THIS” engraved over it.

IGN cites an unidentified source that states the console is no rumour, and will indeed only be offered to Microsoft staff members.

Of course, one could speculate that the LE console may be offered publicly at some point, but for now this one goes to those prepping the standard edition for launch.
