Retail release confirmed for Tales from the Borderlands

UPDATE: 2K has told MCV that in the UKthe physical game is not coming to PS3, Xbox 360 or PC, and that the PS4 and Xbox One versions are exclusive to GAME.

ORIGINAL STORY: Telltale Games has pencilled in a boxed release for former digital-only title Tales from the Borderlands.

The game will arrive on disc for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on April 22nd in the UK and Europe. The box will contain all five episodes of the game.

Australia and New Zealand will get it a day earlier (April 21st) and North America a few days later (April 26th).

The release is a spinoff of Gearbox’s hugely popular RPG series Borderlands and is often tipped as the best material Telltale has ever released.

The game kicked off back in November 2014 across consoles, smartphones and tablets.
