Diablo fans already queuing for HMV launch

Blizzard’s long-awaited RPG doesn’t even go on sale for another 16 hours but fans have been queuing for three days now.

Eager consumers have set up camp outside HMV’s flagship store on Oxford Street ahead of tonight’s official launch party. They have been there since Saturday.

The first person in the queue even set up signs on his tent, saying "D3 queue starts here" and "Please don’t jump the queue while I’m sleeping".

The event kicks off at 10pm tonight, and fans will be able to buy the game from 11pm onwards. The Diablo III development team will also be on hand to sign copies of the game, and HMV will be running giveaways and competitions.
