Flipkart, Game4u kick off monsoon sales

It’s the season of flooded streets and water-born diseases, and it’s just the excuse retailers needed to offer huge discounts on games.

Both Flipkart and Game4u have kicked off their monsoon sales, offering discounts of up to 75%.

On Flipkart.com, the sale extends to over 500 console titles, including Skyrim’s Legendary Edition, Halo 4, God of War: Ascension and Hitman Absolution.

Meanwhile, Game4u’s sale extends exclusively to its PC digital service, downloads4u. Here, starting today, the site will offer daily deals for the next ten days on games from publishers like Square Enix, EA, Bethesda and Sega. Today’s deals are on Football Manager 2013 (50% off), Rome: Total War Gold Edtion (75% off) and Total War: Shogun 2 (75% off).

As further incentive, Game4u is also offering a Zotac GTX 770 graphics card as a prize to the top downloader during this sale.
