Games retailer GamesINC is now Bootstrapp

Online games retailer GamesINC has been rebranded as Bootstrapp, as the company expands and renews its focus on trade-ins.

The website will continue to sell new and used games under its new identity, but will now also focus on trade-ins for gadgets such as smartphones, tablets and laptops.

We asked Saptarshi Nath and Alex Souter, co-founders of parent company Exit10 Marketing, what this change means for existing GamesINC customers and what it offers new visitors.

"Our existing customers are overwhelmingly gamers, so they will mostly see the improvements in online experience. For technology geeks and gadget lovers, we now provide a listing service: if you have a smartphone you would like to sell but don’t have the time and energy to sell it yourself, we will do it for you,” Souter said.

Starting out in 2012, GamesINC quickly earned itself a loyal customer base for its quality customer service, and the company promises that won’t change with Bootstrapp.

Our parent company and core team remains the same, and so does our business philosophy: customers will receive the same level of service that they are used to receiving at GamesINC,” says Nath.
