Games The Shop opens its first store in Ahmedabad

Specialist games retailer Games The Shop has opened its first store in Ahmedabad, taking its total store count across India to ten.

The new store is located at Ahmedabad’s Alpha One Mall and is the only Games The Shop store in Gujarat.

The new store in Ahmedabad is our initiative to bring a world class shopping experience for gaming products to customers here. We are sure the presence of a specialist outlet in the city will help grow gaming in the city,” said Anand Khemani, director of Games The Shop.

Games The Shop is the retail arm of E-Xpress Interactive, one of India’s largest game distributors. Besides Ahmedabad, the retailer also has stores in Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Bangalore and Chennai, and plans to have 50 stores across India by 2015.
