Retailer GameStop has confirmed that its store managers will each receive a free PS4 console.
Joystiq reports that they will also receive six PS4 games – Killzone: Shadowfall, NBA 2K14, Madden, FIFA 14, Need for Speed: Rivals and Battlefield 4.
They’ll also get upcoming PS3 adventure Beyond: Two Souls.
While MCV can already hear the anger swelling up in the darkest corners of the internet, we urge calm – this is an entirely sensible decision for Sony.
After all, retail remains at the heart of hardware sales so if you believe in your product (as Sony clearly does) then you want the front line salesmen to be familiar and enthusiastic about your machine, no?
