Man of Steel movie tie-in flying onto iOS

The days of the licensed console game may be numbered, but the age of the licensed smartphone game is well and truly upon us.

Mobile publisher Phosphor Games will on June 14th release Man of Steel on Android and iOS via publisher Warner Bros. That’s the same day as the Man of Steel movie hits UK cinemas.

The game seems centred mainly on one-on-one battles, many of which unsurprisingly descend into aerial conflicts.

Man of Steel will cost $3 on iPhone and Android with the iPad version costing $5.
