PS4 hitting Asia BEFORE it arrives in Japan

South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan will welcome the PS4 this December.

Sony confirmed the 2013 launch month at its pre-Tokyo Game Show event earlier today, although it did not give a specific launch date or price for each territory.

The PS4, remember, will not be released in Japan until February 22nd, when it will cost 39,980 (256) or for 43,980 (282) for those who also want a PlayStation Camera. A free digital copy of Knack will be included in the bundle for those who pre-order.

PS4 will be released in Europe on November 29th and in the US on November 15th.
