BioWare is to close down Star Wars: The Old Republic’s Asia Pacific servers and merge them with the North American servers.
A specific timeframe for the closure has not yet been revealed, although it has been announced that Mastar Dar’Nala (PvP) will transfer to The Bastion (PvP), Gav Daragon (RP-PvE) will transfer to Begeren Colony (RP-PvE) and Dalborra (PvE) will transfer to The Harbinger (PvE).
The studio has also confirmed an April 14th release date for the game’s Rise of the Hutt expansion pack.
The new content raises the game’s level cap to 55 and introduces new ‘gay hangout’ Makeb.
