VIDEO: David Fincher’s Halo 4 trailer

Live-action game trailers are nothing new – but when they’re directed by David Fincher you’d be well advised to pay attention.

Fincher, the mastermind behind the likes of Se7en and The Social Network, was tasked with producing a Halo 4 short that delved into the origins of Master Chief. And he’s certainly delivered on that goal.

In the video we see glimpses of the Chief’s childhood, an insight into the military modification he endured and perhaps most excitingly a good look at the game’s brand new enemy.
