Rumour: PS4 to be bundled with Vita for around $500

An unidentified source claims a bundle featuring both the PS4 and PS Vita is being readied for the holiday season.

VG247 reports on the statements of a well-placed anonymous source” of Machinima who supposedly has the inside scoop on the multi-hardware bundle. The source claims the bundle will retail for about $500, and will be made available by the end of this year.

The idea of packaging Sony’s devices together isn’t too far of a reach, considering Sony’s previous confirmation that a Remote Play feature between the devices will be a mandatory requirement for all PS4 titles that don’t already utilize another peripheral – such as the Playstation Eye or Move.

That said, Sony has made no comment on the source’s claims and the entire bit remains an unconfirmed rumour at the moment.
