Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 slips again; now arriving in March

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, which was set for release this month, has been delayed for the third time.

Initially announced for August, developer City Interactive first delayed the shooter to October and then to 18th January. The game has now been delayed to 12th March.

No reason has been given for the delay, but the Cry Engine 3-powered shooter will now find itself in the company of several more high profile releases such as Tomb Raider, God of War: Ascension and Gears of War: Judgment.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is scheduled for release on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, and will be distributed in India by Origin Games.
