Sony signs Invizimals toy deal

SCEE is teaming up with IMC Toys to produce Invizimals toys.

The toys-to-life range based on Novarama’s Invizimals series will be coming to Europe in spring 2014.

As with previous entries in the series, the toys will come to life through the game, a la Skylanders and Disney Infinity. The range will include Alliance Base and Temple of Light playsets.

The figures will be released in the UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France and Portugal.

There was a real meeting of minds with IMC Toys and we’re confident they are the perfect partner to spearhead the licensing drive for Invizimals,” said David Evans, SCEE’s European licensing manager.

IMC are also producing a range action figures, a Z-Comm wristwatch and a set of blind bag collectible figures in the future.

Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom and Invizimals: The Alliance will be coming to PS3 and PS Vita on October 30th.
