Space Channel 5 gets re-release

Sega has confirmed two more titles that will be released as part of its revisiting of the Dreamcast back-catalogue on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.

Next spring will see both cult rhythm action game Space Channel 5 Part 2 (the PAL version of which is highly collectable and hard to come by on PS2 and did not receive a UK release) and arcade sim Sega Bass Fishing.

Dreamcast platformer Sonic Adventure has already been released on Xbox Live and PSN, and next month will see the release of arcade hit Crazy Taxi.

In June Sega promised that between 18 and 24 Dreamcast titles will be published on the two digital portals in the next 12 months.

In June Sega teased the possibility of the hard-to-emulate Sega Saturn possibly seeing some of its much-cherished catalogue make the move to modern consoles, though there’s been no concrete announcement as of yet.
