Star Wars: Galactic Defense heading to iOS and Android this year

Star Wars: Galactic Defense – a new tower defense mobile game set in the Star Wars universe – has been revealed for iOS and Android platforms.

Developed by DeNA in collaboration with Disney Interactive and Lucasfilm, Galactic Defense will launch later this year. The resource management-focused title has players picking a side of The Force and includes characters from different episodes of the Star Wars saga.

The official website is up and already offers a credit earning scheme for players to pick up a Darth Maul unlockable upon the game’s release.
