Telltale’s Game of Thrones to span six episodes beginning with ‘Iron From Ice’

Telltale’s Game of Thrones will take place across six episodes, the development studio has revealed.

The episode total is one more than Telltale’s other episodic games, such as The Walking Dead Season One and Season Two, Tales from the Borderlands and The Wolf Among Us.

In a new tease on Twitter, Telltale reveals the first of the six episodes—dubbed Iron From Ice—will debut "soon," which is something most can deduce at this point from the title’s previously announced and subsequently confirmed 2014 premiere window.

Set in the northern part of Westeros, the title appears to revolve around House Forrester and apparently includes the infamous House Bolton in some fashion as well.

Whenever it does arrive, Game of Thrones will launch on PC, Mac, Xbox 360 and PS3.
