Ubisoft dates three VR titles

October will kick off Ubisoft’s commercial entry into the virtual reality market.

Ubisoft Montreal’s Eagle Flight, which as the name suggests allows players to soar like an eagle (over Paris) will debut on Oculus Rift on October 18th. A PlayStation VR version will follow on November 8th, while an HTC Vive is slated for December 20th.

Next up will be Star Trek: Bridge Crew. That title sees multiple players assume the role of bridge officers on the deck of a Starfleet ship. That’s hitting all three platforms on November 29th.

Last up is Werewolves Within. It’s a multiplayer whodunit outing in which players must either uncover the liars among them or else wrongly convince others of their innocence. That rolls out across all three platforms on December 6th.

Eagle Flight and Star Trek: Bridge Crew will be released physically for PlayStation VR one week after their digital releases.

Ubisoft has also confirmed that VR support will be patched into the PS4 version of TrackMania Turbo for free on November 8th.
