Ubisoft unveils Far Cry 4

Ubisoft has announced that Far Cry 4 will be coming out this November.

The title is set to land on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on November 21st.

The game will be set in the Himalayas with players fighting against a dictator. As with Far Cry 3, it will be an open world shooter with fans having a variety of weapons and vehicles at their disposal.

It is being developed by Ubisoft Red Storm Entertainment, as well as the firm’s teams in Toronto, Shanghai and Kiev.

Following the success of Far Cry 3, we wanted to take the franchise to the next level and create a game that will surprise players and exceed fans’ expectations,” said the title’s executive producer Dan Hay.

Given the unique setting, we feel Far Cry 4 will stand out as a top first-person shooter and we’re eager to reveal more about the game in the coming months.”
