UK Buyers Lounge set for Gamescom

Europe’s biggest games show has tied up with MCV to provide a dedicated UK trade meeting space for the first time.

A large area of 48 square metres will be called The UK Buyers Lounge: Powered By MCV. It will be free to use for visitors within the Business Hall (Hall 4.2) from Wednesday, August 17th to Friday, August 19th.

A reception area manned by MCV staff will welcome trade in for meetings and networking. There will also be copies of the Gamescom edition of MCV available.

The UK Buyers Lounge will be situated in gangway J-043, near the UK Pavillion.

We’re delighted that Gamescom has come up with this area for the UK trade. It shows their further commitment, given that they’ve made the UK their partner country this year,” said editor-in-chief Michael French.
